Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- 4oz Boneless Chicken Breast, Thinly sliced
- 8oz Dry rice stick noodles
- 6oz Chinese broccoli
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:
Cook the rice noodles according to the package. Drain, cool and set aside. Make sure the noodles don't clump together!
Mix soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce together, set aside.
In a hot skillet, heat the oil and garlic. Add the chicken and stir until cooked.
Add Chinese broccoli, noodles and the sauces into the skillet and stir carefully.
Serve and enjoy!
